TAURUS - V HIEROPHANT – Magus of the Eternal Gods – Triumphal or Enduring Consciousness

This card is a meditative tool for Taurus. In the god-form of Apis; focus on the image and whisper:
Kep
YodHehHeVav
Elohim Vesio  De`al As`mod`el A`ra`ze`el Tu`al Shor Gu`an`na

Forward:
As the Sacred Cow on Sepirothic path 16; from the Wisdom of Chokmah 2, to the Mercy of Chesed 4 this card represents the Hebrew Vau or Nail.
V Hierophant indicates a balanced yet energized, even enthused understanding of any given situation. This would be very well summarized in the trials and result of the life-long adept’s complete Initiation process.

Appearance:
Representing the Hebrew Vau are nine Lunar Nails affixing an oriel of the Secret Rose or Solomon’s Knot, which represents immortality or eternity.  The serpent around the oriel symbolizes the Hierophants mastery of theosophy, and the anointed dove indicates that he is willing to share the mystery with you. (If, you know the correct pass-sign? that is).
Sometimes called a Foundation Knot, the Secret Rose has been displayed by different cultures from all over the globe, and could be considered an all-faith symbol of faith.   For the African Yoruba people it is a symbol of royalty.  The African Akan and Kuba people consider it mystic, and stamp it in their Kasai Velvet, and of course Celtic traditions use many variations of this sacred design.
As an ancient Sumerian priest of the Race of Kings V Hierophant sits on the Throne of Taurus giving secret Masonic pass-signs and gestures. Constructed of the Bull and the Elephant; his throne and the tri-circled wand verify that our Hierophant is a Master of the Aeons.  The three circles of the wand would indicate the three ages of Aries, Pisces, and Aquarius, (or Isis, Osiris, and Horus).
Isis stands holding the sword of VIII Adjustment indicating her individuality in the triune nature of the Goddess as the wise mother aspect.  In her left hand is a sickle-of-a-moon; lit in the glow of earthshine.  Her somber look and the position of her feet slightly suggest the “Mourning of Isis”.  Question: What could Isis be mourning concerning the highly adorned V Hierophant?
The earthshine from Isis is illuminating that even though our Sumerian priest is an ancient, he is well aware of the current Aeon of Horus, otherwise known as the age of Aquarius/Leo; as he wears a badge of the child Horus proudly on his chest.  The four Cherubs adorn the corners of the card, further verifying his status as High Priest.
The perspective of the card is made up of three pentagrams, each one grounded in earth.
The largest main one, at first glance appears to be a hexagram, though upon close inspection it is a five-pointed star, with the lower legs imbedded in the earth of the two lower cherubs.
The earthshine from the sword of Isis is an upside-down pentagram which is grounded to the sword.  Most upside-down pentagrams indicate earth over spirit in some way.
The Child Horus grounds the center pentagram in his representation of mankind in a shield.

Interpretation:
In a reading V Hierophant will represent a new understanding of a certain situation. The Minors and Court will illuminate what is going on and who is involved.  Not just a normal everyday “level of understanding”, but a “wow, now I get it” kind of comprehension.
Sometimes if V Hierophant is presented with a Knight, King or Queen it could indicate that the Querent is seeking advice from someone who is wise to their situation.  It would usually verify that the person was a good choice to seek wisdom from.
It could indicate the stability and wisdom of a path or choice that the Querent has recently made or is about to make.

Mysteries:
In the Cretan and Greek mythos, Europa as the daughter of Phoenix, and Pasiphae as the daughter of Helios; were both considered Lunar in nature, they were both daughters of archetypes relating to the Sun, both were queens of Crete, both of them mated with a divine bull, and subsequently both of them had sons named Minos. Minos and Minotaur were both half-bull-half-man creatures called Bull Gods.  The Bull-God being the result of the union of the Sun and the Moon, and when philosophized upon, can reveal the true nature of the mystical marriage.

Legendary Orders of Being: Gorgons and Minotaur’s; From Wikipedia:
§  In Greek mythology, the Gorgon (plural: Gorgons) (Greek: Γοργών or Γοργώ Gorgon/Gorgo) was a terrifying female creature. It derives from the Greek word gorgós, which means "dreadful." While descriptions of Gorgons vary across Greek literature, the term commonly refers to any of three sisters who had hair of living, venomous snakes, and a horrifying gaze that turned those who beheld it to stone.
§  In Greek mythology, the Minotaur (Greek: Μνώταυρος, Latin: Minotaurus, Etruscan Θevrumineś), as the Greeks imagined him, was a creature with the head of a bull on the body of a man[1] or, as described by Ovid, "part man and part bull". He dwelt at the center of the Cretan Labyrinth, which was an elaborate maze-like construction built for King Minos of Crete and designed by the architect Daedalus and his son Icarus who were ordered to build it to hold the Minotaur. The Minotaur was eventually killed by the Athenian hero Theseus.   The term Minotaur derives from the Greek Μνώταυρος, etymologically compounding the name Μίνως (Minos) and the noun ταύρος "bull", translating as "(the) Bull of Minos". In Crete, the Minotaur was known by its proper name, Asterion, a name shared with Minos' foster-father.  Minotaur was originally a proper noun in reference to this mythical figure. The use of minotaur as a common noun to refer to members of a generic race of bull-headed creatures developed much later, in 20th-century fantasy genre fiction.
